Basic Macrobiotic Menus And Recipes Cookbook

Basic Macrobiotic Menus And Recipes - Simple, Natural, Beautiful Food to Balance Body & Mind  is the follow-up companion recipe book for The Macrobiotic Action Plan, Your MAP to Greater Health & Happiness, originally published in 2016. Now, one decade later, I am super excited to have this comprehensive, updated recipe book circulating once again.

The Macrobiotic Action Plan & Basic Macrobiotic Menus & Recipes

How is Basic Macrobiotic
Menus and Recipes different from my other cookbook (Make Every Bite Count)?

Basic Macrobiotic Menus and Recipes features recipes with my signature SASSY ~ Super Affordable, Simple, Satisfying & Yummy ~ style which began with my first book, Make Every Bite Count.

While Make Every Bite Count focuses on a produce-rich diet, with a plethora of super simple recipes for smoothies, fruit 'cereal bowls', sweet and savory fruit and vegetable salads, fresh, raw salad dressings, Big Bowls, and several recipes for beans, SASSY sandwiches, soups, and breakfast porridge, Basic Macrobiotic Menus and Recipes focuses on a more macrobiotic approach, as per the plan laid out in The Macrobiotic Action Plan.

Make Every Bite Count is a plan centered around 5 main principles, encouraging adding more fruits, greens, vegetables, whole grains and legumes into your daily diet. It has more fruit and raw salads and fresh raw fruit and vegetable salad dressings, along with the more grounding grain and bean recipes, including recipes using tofu, fun sandwiches, sushi and my Raw Balls, or energy bites. Make Every Bite Count (MEBC) also contains food photos, charts to elevate your choices, healthy lifestyle practices, and several tips to help you achieve your goals ~ any goals ~ including for weight loss.

Basic Macrobiotics Menus and Recipes centers around a more macrobiotic, 'grains, greens and beans' approach, and menu plans that include two meals per day and a snack, and more traditional three meals per day.

However, Basic Macrobiotic Menus and Recipes has even more, which I'll outline, next.

What else is in Basic Macrobiotic Menus and Recipes?

The first 3 chapters of prime you for creating simple, delicious, balanced meals that will help you feel your best.
